ARRIVALS TO EILAT BY AIR:
Check-in time for domestic flights is 1 hour prior to departure.
Foreign residents must produce their passports, local residents their identity cards.
There is a shuttle bus to the Isrotel Hotels (Royal Beach and Royal Garden).
Should you prefer not to wait, taxis are available at approx NIS 20-25 ($5).
DEPARTURES
Check in time for international flights at Ben Gurion airport is 3 hours prior to departure
WEATHER IN EILAT
The temperature in Eilat in May is warm during the day and cooler at night. Clothing is informal for all occasions. Don’t forget your sunglasses, swimwear, hat and comfortable walking shoes.
CURRENCY
We suggest you exchange a small amount of money for New Israel Shekels on arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. Optional additional arrangements such as touring and accommodation can be paid for in foreign currency .
ACCESS TO INTERNET
Access to the internet via your laptop is available in all hotels at extra cost.
Please inquire at the hotel reception for further details.
ELECTRICITY
Electrical equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some appliances require an adapter for the plug (can be purchased locally).
