Venue
The conference will take place at the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel, Eilat, the flagship hotel of the Isrotel chain, situated directly on the north shore of the Red Sea.

Language
The conference will be conducted in English, with some parallel sessions in Hebrew.

Registration for participants and students includes: entrance to all sessions, program and conference kit, get-together reception (providing that accommodation is booked at Isrotel through Target Conferences), coffee at breaks, 3 light lunches, and participation in the ‘WOW’ extravaganza show.
Accompanying Persons will be welcome to purchase tickets for the WOW show on-site.

Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
Advance notification of cancellation prior to April 1, 2008 - full refund less US$50
After April 1, 2008 and before May 1, 2008 – 50% refund
Thereafter, no refund.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.

Visa
We suggest you confirm with your travel agent whether you will require a visa to Israel.
 
Climate and Clothing
The temperature in Eilat in May is warm during the day and cooler at night. Clothing is informal for all occasions. Don’t forget your sunglasses, swimwear, hat and comfortable walking shoes.
