DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: February 3, 2008

Participants are welcome to submit abstracts for poster presentation. There will be limited space for oral presentations. When submitting your abstract, please indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance on their scientific merit and should be clearly written. Abstracts must be submitted in English, by e-mail per instructions below to: eemcpdm@targetconf.com

Authors will be informed in due time whether their abstract/s have been accepted. Inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS

• Title should be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS, bold and left aligned.
• Presenting author’s name should be underlined and bolded.
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12 points, single spacing.
• If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract must be sent as a separate e-mail message and the title should indicate that these are separate abstracts, i.e. JILL BROWN ABSTRACT 1; JILL BROWN ABSTRACT 2; etc.
• Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words.
• No end–notes, diagrams or frames are acceptable
• Please note: Faxed abstracts will not be accepted
